• The given amount includes 18% GST.
• Payment gateway charges will be extra.

Registration Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests for refunds must be emailed to the Conference Secretariat at iubsga2026@gmail.com.
  • Till 31st January 2026, 75% of the registration amount will be refunded.
  • From 1st February to 31st March 2026, 50% of the registration amount will be refunded.
  • No refund will be made from 1st April 2026 onwards.
  • 18% GST, bank charges, and online payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be processed to the provided bank account 30 days after completion of the conference.
  • Kindly mention complete bank details (Name, Account Number, IFSC Code, Bank & Branch Name & Address) along with the cancellation request.
  • No refund requests will be entertained without complete bank account details.

cancellation policy

  • Fees for Accompanying Persons include tea/coffee and lunches for 10th - 12th.
  • Accompanying persons are welcome to attend sessions but cannot present talks or posters.
  • No accommodation will be provided.
  • Age of Accompanying person should be above 12 years and it should be spouse or children.
